Maher 2,4-Dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) (67.5% SL)

The 2,4-D herbicide is a selective and systemic with hormone effects which include 360 grams of 2,4-D and 315 grams of MCPA as an amine salt per liter. This herbicide is used after the emergence of broad-leaved weeds in wheat and barley fields and is quickly absorbed through the root and leaf and transmitted to the plant. It also eliminates weeds as a growth-inhibiting agent through its effect on auxin activity and respiratory dysfunction and growth. 2,4-D + MCPA decomposes after 1-4 weeks due to moisture and soil temperature, and no trace remains. Despite the fact that the herbicide is not poisonous to fish, do not pour the remains of this poison into current and groundwater. This poison is not toxic to bees.
Persistence in the soil: 7 days and typically in doses of 1-1.5 liters per hectare less than one month.

The mechanism of the work:
The effect of 2,4-D + MCPA is related to its hormonal substance which is absorbed through leaves and stems of weeds and then transmitted to all weed organs due to systemic properties. 2,4-D + MCPA exacerbates breathing and makes the abnormal and rapid growth of weed that leads to food loss in the plant and ultimately leads to the death and death of weeds.

Indications:

2,4-D + MCPA is applied to control broad-leaved weeds including wild mustard, wild radish, cleavers, wild thorns, mallow, poppy, vetches, artichoke, liquorice, smartweed, goosefoot, bindweed, ryegrass (Lolium), false carrot and so on. In wheat and barley fields are consumed at 1 to 2 liters per hectare. In order to obtain a better result, the spray nozzle, and nozzle pressure should be selected, so that the particles of the toxic solution should be as large as possible, and not spread around, so it is better to use 300 liters of water with backpack sprayers, 200 liters of water with tractor mounted sprayers and 20 liters of water per hectare with aerial spraying.

Note:
Cotton, sugar beet, tomatoes, potatoes, grapevine, ornamental plants and fruit trees are sensitive to 2,4-D + MCPA.

Usage time:
2,4-D + MCPA should be used from wheat tillering until wheat stem formation. The best time for spraying with this herbicide is when weeds are still young and growing. The suitable temperature for spraying is between 10 to 30 degrees Celsius. In the temperature less than 5 degrees Celsius, where there is a possibility of overnight frostbite or rainfall 3-5 hrs after spraying, it should be avoided by spraying with 2,4-D + MCPA. Additionally, spraying should occur in quiet and no windy weather.

Mixing feature:
Before mixing, a mixing test is necessary.
