Maher Propargite (57% EC)
The mechanism of action:
Propargite is a pesticide used to kill mites (an acaricide), with contact effects and long-lasting impression. This acaricide has a non-systemic effect that partially penetrates the outer layer on the leaf and remains on the leaf surface. Therefore, in products sprayed with propargite, especially fruit trees, the amount of poison residual in the fruit is very small. It is also effective in the ticks resistant to phosphate poisons, but it should be recommended once during the growing season, and the frequency of the use of acaricide with a different effect mechanism is necessary.
Indications:
Propargite controls many species of plant pests (especially in moving stages) in many products, including grapes, grainy and nucleus fruit trees, citrus fruits, nuts, vegetables, tomatoes, cotton, corn, legumes, and ornamental plants. The best time to use acaricide, the first spraying is the pre-spring (from the beginning of the swelling of the bud until the bud opens), and the second spraying is to observe 3-5 numbers of active stages of the tick on a leaf. Propargite should be taken with caution on quince, pear, rose, strawberries, cotton, legumes, and citrus. It is also better to spray early morning. When it comes to applying other acaricides, the frequency use of acaricides should not be forgotten. The last spraying interval of this acaricide to the harvest is 1 to 2 weeks.
Compatibility and Mixture of Propargite:
Propargite on products like pear, rose, strawberry and Cotton with a height of fewer than 20 centimeters cause plant scorching. This acaricide is not miscible in alkaline compounds, summer and winter spray oils, as well as toxins with a high content of oily solvent.
